Return and Exchange

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Mamuxa -www.mamuxa.com.tr-, you can change the product or request a refund. You can return your product within 14 days after it is delivered to you. In order to benefit from this service; The product must be sent unused, in its box and package, and with the e-invoice sent via e-mail to Destek@mamuxa.com.tr. Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned or exchanged. You can easily return a product that you are not satisfied with to www.mamuxa.com.tr. After informing Mamuxa Customer Services via e-mail - Destek@mamuxa.com.tr - about your return request, you can send your product back with the specified cargo. When the product you want to return reaches us, it is evaluated by our unit. You will be notified when your return is processed.
  • You can return your product within 30 days from the date you received it.
  • The product you want to return must be with its invoice, in its original box and package, unused, and must not lose its resaleability.
  • You must send the product you are requesting to return with its original invoice and the sender code of our contracted cargo company. You can obtain the sender code from Mamuxa Customer Services.
  • Only products that have not lost their resaleability are returned to Mamuxa. If you specify the reason for return or request an exchange on the back of the invoice, the product price will be refunded to your account or an exchange will be made.
  • When your returned cargo reaches us, it is examined by us. The amount of your canceled orders will be refunded to the credit card or bank account you paid with. The reflection of your refund on your statement or account may vary depending on your bank.
 Return Procedure:1. Step: Submit your return application
  • Explain your return request clearly to Mamuxa customer services by e-mail -destek@mamuxa.com.tr-.
  • If the invoice for the product is corporate, you must send it along with a return invoice issued by the institution as "Product Unit Price + VAT", without including the shipping share. Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions cannot be completed unless the return invoice is issued.
  • Returns are only accepted from people who purchased the product.
2. Step 1: Put the product in its original box
  • Place the product you want to return in its original box or package. Your return may be accepted if the product and the product box are in the condition you received them, their originality is intact and they have not lost their resellability
3. Step: Contact customer service
  • Send an e-mail to destek@mamuxa.com.tr and indicate that you are requesting a refund.
  • Deliver the product you want to return, along with its original box and invoice, along with the sender code provided by customer service.
4. Step: When your return reaches www.mamuxa.com.tr
  • Mamuxa; After receiving your return package, it checks the products and refunds your money to the credit card or bank account you made the payment with.
